2025 Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP)

The 2025 Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) enrollment period begins on October 14, 2024, and ends on November 1, 2024.
As part of our regular annual practice and protocol, we want to notify you of the following changes to the CCAP program. For 2025, the family gross income levels have been updated which includes increasing the maximum household income to $148,500.
CCAP allows eligible applicants to receive up to $5,000 per year to help with childcare costs. Awards are available to faculty, postdoctoral scholars, graduate students, and benefit eligible staff with dependent children ages 10 and under.
