As the Employee Relations Manager and Deputy Title IX Coordinator for JPL, I oversee all JPL Employee Relations activities and investigations. Our team promotes a respectful and inclusive work environment through coaching, training and action related to concerns of harassment, discrimination or retaliation. I believe this work is essential to help individuals feel comfortable being themselves in the workplace while balancing the rights and responsibilities of all.
