What is my role?
As the Associate Director of Employee and Organizational Development, I have the opportunity to support the Caltech community in multiple ways – including serving as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for staff and postdocs. In this role, I strive to be a resource to staff and postdocs who have questions, seek guidance, and/or need assistance with Title IX-related matters. While I have worked at Caltech for 14+ years, I am still able to find ways to learn something new just about every day. This is one of the many reasons I enjoy working at the Institute.
Why is this work important to me?
I believe every community member should have a work environment that allows them to feel respected and to be their best. I appreciate that I can collaborate with team members of the Equity Office to support this goal.

While not at work, I like spending time with my family and taking long walks with our family dog, Darla.
