What is my role?

As Caltech's Assistant Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Civil Rights Resolution Specialist, I assist the Equity and Title IX Office in applying Caltech's anti-discrimination policies and procedures, to resolve concerns including by conducting investigations. I work directly with the Caltech community to help address complaints of discrimination and sexual harassment, sexual violence, and other sexual misconduct.

Why is this work important to me?

I believe every student, faculty member, staff member, and visitor to Caltech's campus is equally deserving of a safe and inclusive environment so that everyone can have a positive academic, professional, and social experience.

Fun Fact About Me

I make pottery in my spare time, and I try to practice those skills as often as possible. I also love hiking and I try to get outside every weekend to take advantage of the many hiking trails Los Angeles County has to offer.
